Eldred v. Ashcroft

When I read Lessig’s take on the copyright case he argued before the Supremes, I was encouraged. As someone who has actually worked as a clerk at the Supreme Court, his insights are more valuable than all the other weblogs chattering about the case.

Which brings up an interesting point: I would imagine that this is the first time so much information about a case has been available so freely. Has any other petitioner’s lawyer given his thoughts a day or two after oral arguments?
