Since OpenWeblog runs on the LiveJournal code-base, it is good to hear that they’re working on making LJ an OpenID consumer and producer. This’ll result in more communication (hopfully) between weblogs and whatnot. It’ll mean that if you already have an LJ account, you’ll be able to comment on my weblog (or any weblog hosted on OpenWeblog) without going through the whole process of signing up for an account. Yay!
Of course, I really appreciate the people who have signed up for accounts here and I hope to get a lot more.
